We have our volunteer house and Villa Poa hostel, where we receive volunteers who participate in different NGOs in Arusha. We provide a space to make them feel comfortable and safe as if they were at home so that they can work at ease.
We also participate directly with the NGO Maasai Volunteering Solutions, which was born from the Maasai community of one of our team members Ayubu Naandi.
Because he made the decision to live in the city he seeks to bring knowledge and development to his community to improve the quality of life that has been affected mainly by climate change.
Our NGO represents a Maasai community composed of 22 villages. We are located in Engikaret area, Longido District, Tanzania, 1 km on the way to the Namanga border crossing, where Tanzania and Kenya are connected.
Our location is strategic as we have the opportunity to connect with tourists traveling between Nairobi and Arusha, we have internet signal to be able to work and learn and give better accessibility to our community to connect with the city.
To improve the quality of life in our villages, while maintaining our culture. We want to accomplish this goal by acquiring knowledge, technologies and methodological tools that are in line with our lifestyle.
