Looking for a gateway to Africa? The largest country in East Africa, and with one third of its lands protected for game viewing, Tanzania offers endless opportunities for safari, (a word that in Swahili means “journey”), and Greg Adventures wants you to explore them the way you deserve. We offer you an unforgettable safari.
Over the rippling tea plantations of north-eastern Tanzania stand exceptional summits, including Ol Doinyo Lengai, Mount Meru and the tallest free standing mountain in the world, Mount Kilimanjaro. Greg Adventures offers high quality treks to those summits accompanied by an amazing team of guides, porters and cooks and great equipment to optimize your chances of reaching the top and allow you to fully enjoy this life changing experience.
Former trading point on the east African spice route, Zanzibar island is famous for its beautiful and pristine white sand and turquoise water beaches, rated among the finest in the world. Relaxing in such a paradise is definitely an excellent option after a safari adventure or mountain climbing experience, and that’s why at Greg Adventures you can enhance any of your tours with a beach extension.
Since the United Republic of Tanzania was born in 1964, when Zanzibar and Tanganyika were merged into one nation, more than 120 ethnic groups have peacefully lived together in the country, keeping their own traditional languages and rites. With Greg Adventures you will be able to interact with a variety of people from different backgrounds, traditions and religions, without any shows for the sake of tourists; to truly connect with the fascinating culture of Tanzania.

“I was born close to Ngorongoro Conservation Area as the child of parents from two different tribes. My studies in Wildlife Management and my past 6 years’ experience as safari and mountain guide, combined with my mix tribal heritage and my upbringing in these areas, make me an expert in the field. I started my own company in September 2014 moved by two purposes. On one hand I wanted to enable travelers to discover the beauties of my beloved country in a unique and authentic manner. On the other I wanted to make a difference in the lives of certain people I knew and trusted, that had a great experience in the field a true passion to share. I aimed to create a professional and supportive working environment to fulfil their talents and aspirations. I believe this is the only way to motivate people to always give their best and I believe this makes all the difference to our guests experience”.
Greg Adventures will offer you a travel experience enriched by meaningful encounters with nature, wildlife and most importantly with local people.
“An adventure you will never forget.”
