1 Day Group Safari in Ngorongoro Crater

  Arusha to Ngorongoro Crater

  This day one of guides will pick you up at your accommodation early in the morning to visit the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera, formed when a huge volcano exploded and collapsed on itself. In the present days, however, far from being a destructive source of hot lava, it’s actually a natural paradise considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa, home to nearly 25 000 large animals, including black rhinoceros, buffaloes, hippos and big cats. The Park is also classed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The tour will stop for lunch at a picnic place near a lake, after lunch you will continue with game drive until late afternoon where you will be driving to your accommodation.
